Tenants, Landlords, and Rent… there’s so much up in the air! In the world of Eugene, Oregon commercial real estate regarding multi-family property ownership, things continue to change due to the current COVID-19 situation. But with rent forbearance coming to an end soon, what does that mean for our local apartment complex community?

We are in uncertain times in commercial real estate but our local apartment market in Eugene-Springfield is holding strong. Current vacancy is less than 4% for existing units and slightly higher in the 8% range for new units being delivered to the market.
